RETURN POLICY

As a convenience to all our customers, Hypnotic Marketing, Inc. makes it very simple and convenient to return Hypnotic Marketing, Inc. purchases.

All items can conveniently be returned up to 60 days after purchase through the mail utilizing the following guidelines.

For all orders shipped within the USA (USA orders are defined as any order shipped within the United States of America)…

The following criteria must be met to process your return…

All items must be in resalable condition (we will not accept damaged products)
Include ALL original packing materials, CDs, DVDs, workbooks, and covers
Include a copy of your invoice
Write the reason for the return on your invoice
Use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible
All products must be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of the invoice date

You will receive a credit for your purchase ONLY if it meets the criteria above. We do not offer any exchanges.
